Welcome Basket - CVS Health Marketing OnBoarding Team
As a hand picked member of the CVS Health Project Next OnBoarding team we tried to creating positive engagement experiences to build on new hire enthusiasm and integrate colleagues into the team. I lead the ideas and brought the Welcome baskets to life, which were presented to senior leadership.
This kit contains everything a new employee needs to make their first day at CVS Health a great one. Store brand items, which help them to become brand ambassadors, and essential department details are delivered in an iconic CVS Pharmacy store basket for a fun touch.
