Hi I’m Whitney.

I’m an award winning Creative Director and a hand-raiser at heart who never misses a chance to bring energy and enthusiasm to everything I do. I believe creativity requires connection. Connecting people to ideas, briefs to solutions, and teams to clients. The more connected, the better. I apply this everyday as a creative leader at Heart Haus, CVS Health’s internal agency. 

My leadership style centers around positivity, modeling the behavior and committing to personal growth and the growth of my team. I am a result driven creative who loves to roll up my sleeves and brainstorm with my team and clients. Cultivating a collaborative environment where connection and creativity can thrive is my passion.

Within Heart Haus, I serve as the Creative Director specializing in Seasonal, Beauty and Loyalty & Personalization for ExtraCare, the industry’s longest‑running and largest retail loyalty program, connecting with 75 million members. In addition, I’m part of the Heart Haus photoshoot team, where I helped conceptualize, produce, and direct an enterprise‑wide photoshoot that built a robust, authentic photo library representing the diverse audiences of the 340 million customers we serve.

CVS Health has been my professional home team for 17 years, where I have been able to flex and evolve in so many ways. I’ve done it all - from product marketing, to loyalty, retail, and beauty; to broadcast, radio, paid media, CRM email, direct mail, landing pages, signage, kiosk displays, sponsorships to photoshoots and social. 

I am inspired by the incredible results driven work my colleagues and I have done at CVS over the years and am looking for a new opportunity to enhance my creativity, tell impactful stories and build a strong creative culture in a new place. Connecting with people and ideas is my passion and superpower.

For me, creativity is way of life, and I love living into it every day. I’m a hype woman who loves celebrating and showing up big for those around me especially birthdays! Ask anyone and they’ll tell you I’m finding joy and inspiration in a bold aqua, a classic navy, a simple stripe, or a dance party to Whitney Houston. Staying active and competitive is also important to me, whether I’m playing tennis, running, skiing or coaching lacrosse.

Above all, my most beloved role is Mom to my two sons, Tripp and Braden. Right now, on the East Side of Providence, RI the Foley household is probably laughing and chasing our black lab, Colby.
